If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the travel services or product as per the contract agreed between you and BE.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
